Home Visits
Home visits can be made for patients too ill to travel to the surgery. Please try to ring before 10am and give the receptionist your name, address and telephone number along with brief details of the problem. The doctor may telephone you to discuss your symptoms and offer advice if this is felt appropriate.

Telephone Advice
If you feel you need telephone advice, please try to ring between 11.30 - 12.00pm.

Test Results
If phoning for test results, please ring after 2pm and always allow at least 5 working days for the result to come back to us.

Out Of Hours Care
Our Out Of Hours Care is provided by BARDOC - Bury and Rochdale Doctors On Call - between 6pm and 8.30am on weekdays and all day at weekends and on Bank Holidays. If you feel you need medical attention outside our normal working hours, telephone BARDOC on 0161 763 4242. Alternatively, you can attend the Walk-in Centre or call NHS Direct on 0845 4647.

Additional Services
If you need a special examination, e.g. HGV / taxi medical, these can be arranged by asking for a long appointment and a fee will be charged.
